The Heartstone Centre is a contemporary Mystery School which offers programs in the remote forests of British Columbia as well as other sacred locations throughout the world.

At the Heartstone Centre we offer day and weekend workshop experiences which represent various quests which help seekers find their path for greater meaning and purpose in their lives. Experiences can take place in the forest or indoors. Camping is included within overnight experiences.

DREAM LAB

A quest to understand the dreamscape

Healthy dream cycles adds to rest, release and renewal. This one day workshop provides an understanding about dreamwork and how it strengthens cognition. Included are sessions that help participants develop lucid dreaming skills as well as methods for Astral Travel.

Astral travel is the art of expanding one’s consciousness in order to travel outside of the realms of physical reality. This workshop teaches you the tools and techniques to expand your consciousness so that you can explore the astral planes and other dimensions more safely and effectively. It also aids to improve meditation, conscious dreaming and journeying. Sessions also include rest and sleep exercises, awakenings and dream interpretation.
